Shipping/Handling Policy:

Most orders ship out from our warehouse the next business day. Please allow 3-8 days for delivery depending on your location. We keep nearly all of our items in stock. However, if an item is not in stock, it may take a little bit longer.

An email will be sent to you with your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Depending on the size and weight of your order, it will be shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground.

FragrancesandMore.biz reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. In this event, your credit card will not be charged or you money will be refunded. Prices and discounts are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy:

Fragrances and More will accept returns of un-used items in their ORIGINAL packaging. Packaging can not be altered in any way. This includes celophane wrapping. You MUST contact us within 14 days of your purchases date, otherwise, your purchase is final. You MUST contact us prior to returning the item for a return authorization.

Please email us at info@fragrancesandmore.biz if you wish to return an item. We will respond within 24hrs and facilitate your return.

Please note that shipping expenses are nonrefundable.
